Shipping policy

Tubers are typically shipped in March and April, depending on what shipping window you picked. You will receive a notification when they're shipped with a tracking number for you to follow. As a reminder, damages that occur en route via USPS are the responsibility of the buyer and all claims must be pursued by the buyer. Roza View Farm will not be assisting in these claims and has no responsibility once the package has been picked up by USPS.
