Refund policy
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS UNLESS YOU ALERT US OF A PROBLEM W/IN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Orders must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery, beginning when USPS marks the package as delivered. If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the order will be considered accepted.
If an issue is identified within 24 hours:
You must email us and include clear photos of the package and concerning tuber
Due to limited inventory, replacements are unlikely
Approved refunds will cover the cost of the tuber only; shipping is non-refundable
No refunds are offered for:
Tubers that rot during customer storage
Damage caused by USPS (claims must be filed by the purchaser)
Weather-related issues after delivery
In cases of confirmed storage failure on our end, the cost of the tuber will be refunded.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve made a decision and let you know if the refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
